General "Usage" question

Regarding the Character Panel.

And before we all scream "It's being Updated, might take time"
It's not about that

My question is......

Once the system is working, will I be able to see if a friend is online and where he is?

example:

I am playing on my toon on Server A.
I wish to see if my friend is online so I open up Character Panel
We are both in same kin on Server B
I open Kin List for my toon, find his Toon on the kin list

I scroll down his list of toons and servers (assuming he has set toons to "Viewable")

Will it show me that he is on Toon x on Server C ??

ie.. little green button stating 'Online'
