Blog posting page, no options below text entry

Hullo!

I seem to be having an issue with my blog here, where I have no options below the text entry field. The ability to comment to my blogs have been shut off, but it wasn't something that I chose myself.

I'm not terribly sure what to do to fix it and would like any help possible.

Screen options: All ticked on (post as, excerpt, discussion, etc)
Browser: Fire Fox 5.0
Adblock plus: disabled for LoTRO and websites
Color scheme: Cannot return to default on Blog page, only forums. Doesn't stick. (Know it's a known bug, just wanted to add it.)

Nothing you can do to fix it; this is a known issue possibly related to the on-going migration of EU data into the system. Once that task has been completed, we will be revisiting these reports and seeing if any other actions are needed to resolve them.
