i signed up for VIP membership on 07-15-11, recurring every 12 months. Home come Turbine decides that my next billing date is 07-09-12? If this happens every 12 months, a couple years later, I could lose months worth of playtime. Does anyone else notice that his or her next billing date is being pushed to an earlier date all the time?

Months are 30 days long. A 12 month month VIP is 360 days. Next year is a leap year - 366 days. It will move back six days.
Although Turbine says you are buying a one, 3, 6, 12 month VIP. You are buying 30, 90, 180 or 360 days.
You run into the same issue with memory devices for computers. Sometimes 1 kilobyte is 1,024 bytes. Sometimes is 1,000 bytes.Last edited by Yula_the_Mighty; Jul 16 2011 at 03:55 PM.
