My account was also hacked on 4/16/2011, I called and got my account back in my hands and went in game and turned in a ticket for each character and waited....yesterday (almost a full month later) I put in another in game ticket after some discussion in ooc with other players that felt that my patience was more than it should be. I have never recieved any reply or any in game compensation, I had planned on buying another vip subscription but was going to wait till I got my stuff back, my last subscription ended oddly enough during the time my account was unavailable to me. Any help or any response would be greatly appreciated.
My characters are Wolfsbane, Low, Thurinaerin, Degori and Widwoodward, all on Arkenstone.
I've also noticed when talking with other players in game about this that many offer items and help and I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for individuals like these.
