That is [armour]The Ranger's Cloak[/armour] (not to be confused with [item]Ranger's Cloak[/item] which is a Tailor crafting trade item with the Esteldin rangers, not something that can be worn). Oh very nice, thanks for linking! I'm a big fan of Tolkien's tengwar script, so it's nice to see a cosmetic that features it. Too bad I hadn't even heard of LOTRO yet when Moria came out. :/

That would be--Traveller's Hood (store), Cotton shoulder guards (crafted), the Lossoth crafted (tailor) reputation gear* (Leijona Armour, Leijona Gloves, Leijona Leggings), and quest boots that I don't quite remember (I think Boots of the Ruin-Hold, but there are other boots with the same model--I know the boots do not dye "straight" and you have to fiddle with different colors to get a certain effect).

Oops, have to correct this. The boots are Sturdy Silvan-Hide Boots dyed evendim blue. Both the Silvan-Hide and Boots of the Ruin-Hold are quest rewards and both do not dye anywhere near what you'd expect, so I had to experiment a bit. For example, Boots of the Ruin-Hold look grey when dyed navy. The quest rewards probably have other quest and world drop counterparts (I'd also check the skirmish armour vendors).

For the record, I do think it's neat that some pieces of gear don't dye "straight."

Also--ooooh, cool new RoI cosmetic-y stuff!
