I don't know, but tomorrow, the servers and myLotro will be down temporarily (http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.p...September-19th), perhaps the guys from Turbine will fix the problems this time.
Would be nice to have finally fully access to the char settings, to see updated signatures (kinship info, crafting improvement), etc.

All my characters are called: Error
My kinship does not exist.
3 months still the same![]()
Mine all work and all my characters update. Only thing that's not worked is my kinship information on my signature.

Turbine always had a problem with partial exports. Characters that exist on the game servers but are not on the update list to be exported to the web servers.
The good news is that some EU characters are in MyLotro. The bad news is that some EU characters are keeping company with the NA characters that have never been exported to MyLotro.
Turbine also has issues with partial updates. Characters stop updating. Or parts of the data do not update - something been wrong with crafting exports most of the year.
We can only hope that part of Monday's maintenance is improvements to MyLotro and the export daemons.

What I find odd is that although I can't see my characters in the "My Character Settings" bit of myLotro if you use the data api the details are all there, very odd.
(I'm basing this on an android lotro app I'm guessing they are using the data api)

I can't see my EU Server characters, i have some US Server characters level 7 - 10 but i can see them on my character settings, when i click my EU Server characters i get an Error.

I'm really quite fed up with this. MyLOTRO was touted as one of the benefits of this forced European exile and I'm still getting the error message after months. Fix what you have got before you try and sell us anything else. This game is becoming a bag of assorted broken bits and pieces that never get sorted out. You are doing a really good job of beating to death the goose that lays the golden eggs.
I speak as a very long term gamer. I've seen games come and go. I've seen the mistakes. I can see the patterns. Listen to the warning voices now (your customers no less) and sort things out properly before it really is too late.

That is exactly what I mean by "Fix what you have got before you try and sell us anything else". I buy eggs from someone, they are broken or bad, don't think I am coming back to get any more. They need to make fixing existing content the top priority before they put pen to paper on any new content or things to sell in the store. They have things seriously backwards at the moment and it really is going to cost them in the long run. They will lose good long term players and have to rely on people who pop in and then leave again very quickly which is a very unstable business situation to be in.

This problem was created by Turbine when they wanted full control of the European servers from Codemasters to make more money in the "new" store. Thats a fact!
Just stop making stupid remarks about ROI Nindolvoth. Turbine broke it, some of their staff is busy with ROI i agree but should the entire staff quit doing hot fixes? Look after your paying costumers, afterall thats why they wanted us here and still not on the EU servers!
listen, these forums are part of a 'new' community site setup that was rolled out with the f2p changeover a year ago.

what makes any of you think that turbine can get mylotro working for everyone when they cannot even get the community sites out of beta?
Yeah, my mylotro has a character that isnt mine for a server I have never been on, that's working well isnt it !
I think what Nindolvoth wants is for EU players to quit whining that turbine is not fixing mylotro. It will get fixed when it get fixed. We americans are paying customers too.
Or think of it like this: mylotro is Nindolvoth's home and Nindolvoth is a kid. He wants attention but the roof leaks. His parents give him RoI to keep him busy while they fix the leaky roof.
Give Turbine some time after RoI is released. Then complain that mylotro is still broken.

They have had six months to sort it out? How much longer are we supposed to sit silently and patiently like doormats? At least some word that they are trying to fix it would help. That they are even thinking of looking into it at some point in the future. At the moment it just seems to be abandoned, broken and left by the wayside.

I (personally) whin because of no communication, not because it is broken
Just one sentence like: "We are busy with RoI now and we will be busy with Update5 later, so we will focus on MyLotro in Q1 2012." is perfectly OK.
Even sentence: "Sorry guys, it is totaly broken, we will never fix it." is OK for me.
I just feel ignored now... And MyLotro was something new and interesting to look forward to during Codies-Turbine migration...
