"Update" on the 17th?

it says update there, but I wonder if it really means update as in new content, or just "patch" like I'd expect.

Anyone able to answer if there will be new content, or just tweaks/bug fixes?

It's a patch to the game. If it was a major update, it would be accompanied by a title to denote their significance.

Ah ok, thanks, Was thinking as much, maybe a fix to draigoch bugging again or tweaks to seals/medallions? (me I'm hoping for major changes in skirmish soldier pathing at some point.)

all i hope for is the master loot fix, so we all can see whats really in there :x

and offcourse the deed bugs in orthanc

There are a lot of fixes going in on the next patch. Too many to really list here, so I'll leave it to the patch notes to take care of it. But some of the highlights are fixes for master looter, correcting "enable movement assistance," and making fireworks tradeable once more.

I don't know about that one specifically, but I do know that the issue with the German combat log only displaying string table errors has been fixed.

There are a variety of fixes coming to the Tower of Orthanc on Tuesday, you'll see them all listed in the patch notes.
