Can the Rift sets be bartered anywhere? I've checked the classic vendor in the skirm camps and only see the helmets. Both cosmetic and regular amor. Is there a special barter vendor, and if so where is he/she located? Thanks!

Until update 7. I believe that's when people can buy them freely and cheaply from the skirmish camps?

Yeah only the Helmets are available for cosmetics.
But Loth, you are saying the full sets will be available to barter, cosmetic?

Actually, that first one is one of the Threkkapi sets. Notice how the accents are silver, not gold like the Helegrod sets.
It's been paired with some Elven gloves and shoulders, and the raven festival mask.

Yes, when update 7 is applied to the game. From reports on the Bullroarer server, all the Rift raid armor will have their cosmetic version available at the skirmish cosmetic vendor and each piece will cost 547 marks and 33 medalions. (I don't agree with this change and I think they're charging a couple thousand marks too few, but what's happening will happen apparently!)

"...None of us would join the Grey Company if we felt its errand was not important enough to brave those risks. For my part, I will not give in to fear of the unknown. We all have our role to play, and I hope only that when I have played mine, the world will have been better for my having been in it.
Do a t2 foundry run (which is easy, common and quickly doable), convert medallions to marks and you have more than enough for one piece. Even a t1 foundry should be enough. The time needed/difficulty to get the items now doesn't match what was required before. If it was more equal, then that would be a bit more fair, in my humble opinion. But anyway, this argument has been beaten to death in multiple threads and the two viewpoints will never agree.

To be fair, it's not as if this wasn't anticipated. The other SoA armor sets (Annuminas and Helegrod) have cosmetic versions already, and the Rift helmets were already around, so it was only a matter of time. I wonder how long it'll be until we see Moria cosmetics...
Anyway, some confirmation. There's a page for each armor weight, three sets to a page.
There's also this page.
Each of the boxes has one hauberk in it.

when I got Steed of Forochel on my level 16 baby guardian, I had to make her a matching outfit and take them both for a dangerous journey to Forochel. to read the story of Accornia and Nuts, check the blog!

So usually you will mainly see all mine in gold-white or black.
But today i wanted something new, for my little-old RK. (for the little story, i leveled her i think 2 years ago, but i never liked the satchel and well i let her rest there, and leveled a new RK on another account, able to get the Pre-moria satchel which is the only one invisible once put into the outfit slot)
So this morning i decided to get her this satchel and then to work on her outfit. And this is done. here is the result.

What are those shoulders you're wearing ?

Thank you Rivvi. Looks like a RK set indeed ... I found the shoulders on northshield:
But there, the same images are to be seen as Rune-learner's Armour and on another page as Armour of the Lady's Foresight while the images showing Rune-learner's are totally different ?
