Good 1v1 Thread!

I just witnessed a good fight.


Maniia took on an RK/Hunter. Which is just crazy. I probably would have just FML and given up but Maniia kept at it. Had to switch targets once but got them both.


Afterwards, the RK got mad because I didn't zerg Maniia in a 3v1. I defended myself and Maniia and it ended up with me on the RK's ignore list.....

Thanks to Asht for the fights this evening, and a big thanks to the warg pack for the entertainment at good TR, sure I died a bunch, but it was much nicer being nommed by one of you at a time than by all of you at the same time oh, and sorry to Venomous for shooting you when I went to fight Pouncival, must have hit tab somewhere in there on accident

I was talking in OOC, and had several windows open so it was certainly a surprise. I'm sure all the wargs would like a shoot the spider instead skill.

If I see that I am about to have my 1v1 interrupted by a creep raid, I'd run too. Why call a craid when you get your bum kicked in a 1v1 and you're being a sore loser? Either way, those kinds of comments (mind included) should really be kept to the bad 1v1 thread. That's what it's there for right? Kayko was saying thanks to someone for a good 1v1, in the GOOD 1v1 thread...then starts the snarkyness. Really? >.>

Couple good fights for the short time I played tonight.

- Asht: we had some good ones, but then there was the three wargs and and then another 3 wargs and reaver, so I was confused. At any rate, I enjoyed the earlier ones. Really fun.

- Pure! I loved our fight. /cheers

- Arctic - I hate Topple. It's the worst lol. Thanks for the fights as always.

Animals...I had JUST enough of my cooldowns to pull out those wins (and npcs are harmless to both sides these days). You'll definitely get me one of these times.

Oh and Maniia...fun fight. I had to dig deep, and I felt kinda bad that when you initiated the fight it seemed like you backed off at first...it likely would've ended differently if you hadn't.

Weird...all wargs...oh well, I fed the pack numerous times as well...

Better get posting then, the number I quoted was assuming 2000 posts per year and 3 fights per post.

We're pretty close in renown...and I've done the math, in fact I have spreadsheets and trending reports I've made for the past few years...

At 20K/week, roughly 3k a day, I will hit R15 on 6/24/2014. A little over 2 years from now.

At 25k/week, closer to 3.5k a day, I will hit R15 on 1/21/2014.

At 30k a week, roughly what I'm shooting for these days pushing kinda hard to get R13 before my 5 year anniversary of my R1, I will hit R15 on 10/15/2013.

I think to get R15 in a year (from where we are) you'd need a little over 6k a day. Divide that by ~100 per kill and you're looking at only 60 a day. 400 a day would get you R15 FAR faster than getting 100k posts in the thread.

As for flayer...yeah it's good stuff. Definitely makes warg fights the real deal. I imagine there are a lot of freeps that will have a hard time with those, I know I do.
