Has anyone slotted a Star-lit Crystal yet?

I'm particularly curious about the increase in shield use rank (and possibly threat up?) on a tanking belt. I've heard that first-ages get a much smaller % increase than second-ages, so that might seriously affect my decision to slot them in my 1% PT FA versus my 6% PT SA.

Currently have 1 crystal slotted on my FA belt. Shield rank use is now maxed at 66.23 and threat up at 34.

FA threat legacy cap appears to be 34, whether 1 crystal, 2 crystals or 3.

Stat legacy caps are 50.

IIRC block and parry legacies top off at ~670.

CD reduction legacies are uneffected.

Threat is primarily affected in that your shield use rank (threat-gen) (base), threat gen rating (base) and dps go up

Crystals will not update the threat on the top part of the belt. Will only increase skill threat to 35.

They don't seem to effect the passives on a belt but do upgrade the innates on 2-handed weapons. (reportedly, I haven't tried yet)

It would be interesting to see if the STU only benefited from a single crystal on a SA as well.

There is currently a bug with the Threat Generation Up legacy. It will not display the text for Ranks over 34. It will just repeat Rank 34. This is just a text error. You are getting increased threat every time you increase the rank of the legacy even if it doesn't display.

Good info so far, thanks! Has anyone slotted one in a second age yet? Since they are supposed to get more of a percentage increase than FA's, I'm curious how close they can come.
