buying a deluxe house in shire

I haven't played in a week or two (had no spare time for the game) and when I got back, I've realized my house is in Falathorn and I haven't yet moved to Shire Deluxe house like i wanted. This morning I went down to the Housing Broker in Shire. And guess what - there is only 1 Deluxe house available on the whole server (and the location doesn't suit my exterior decorations, not to mention that the wind there just isn't right for cooling down the cookies on the window).

In some neighbourhoods here on Gilrain, sometimes eaven whole streets are full of houses that are locked 'cause inactive players don't pay their upkeeps. And now because of somebody who left the game ages ago and didn't abandon his house, I can't buy me a new Hobbit-hole. I am convinced that there are more ppl out there in the same situation.

I think there is a reasonable solution for this - bring up some new neighbourhoods. Or move inactive ppl to special inactive neighbourhoods. Why not? Players who quit a long time ago will still have their houses, and active players will finaly get a nice cosy Hobbit-hole for their characters. That way everybody wins

Try Sootcrest (10 deluxe), Frognotch (10 deluxe) and Pearbridge (9 deluxe).

Hehe forgot to tell you, what you said for Pearbridge (9 deluxe) - there are 9 because i bought one
I'm thankful Turbine made this possible, Pearbridge and these other names suit Shire Homesteads just fine.

This topic is kinda closed now, hope other players who like Shire Homesteads buy nice hobbit-holes as well

And Merathin, I didn't say anything wrong about having your house locked, especially now when we got a solution xD happened to me and everybody I know many times... It's allright if you went on some unexpected journey for 1 year and got your house closed or stopped playing a bit and then got back
