    Steed of the Winged Herald

    Anyone from account support online here? I have 5 successful referrals and no steed that I can find.

    Is it supposed to be account wide, on a specific character, or what? Any help would be appreciated (real help, not speculated help from random people, please).

    Its account wide on already created and future toons. Just check your bags for the horse.

    You mean the bags on my character? most definitely checked those.... numerous times.... I read all the other threads.... checked the mailbox, bags, bank, shared storage, etc... nothing. AND I checked on multiple characters, too... just in case I'm blind with almost 5 full bags.

    Click on your Skills panel on Character Page and then click on the Mounts button. Hopefully you will find new steed there.

    I have exactly the same problem and have tired everything, bags skills looking on other characters etc, and definately have the claim your moaunt on signup rewards.

    The offer is not open to Europe based players.

    I think it's not open to anyone outside the US in fact, but not totally sure on that.

    The offer is open to people outside of the US as I have one and have seen more than a few people ride through Bree on one. Not sure what your problem is, have you been in contact with online or in game support? As for myself when my five people had made there accounts I was told on the signup rewards page that it would be in my bags the next time I logged off which i did as i was online. The mount was in my bag when I logged back in and also was on all my alts, like to point out that you also get it for any new character you make.

    That's wrong, they are just using the old text - before they took over from Codemasters.
    For some former Codemasters players the site is bugged if they are in one of the old guilds, but the referral works anyway.

    As a former Codemasters player I did get the horse following the instructions on the forum (direct link including forum name).

    If anyone is having trouble getting their mount, remember to submit a ticket to http://support.turbine.com, and file it with the Community Support team, under the referral category. They can look into the situation and help you locate or gain your mount.

    or....and here is a wild idea.

    You guys could actually fix the underlying cause of all these issues.
    Turbine has done a lot in the last year to open up communication on various issues.
    But for some reason the question of why European players still do not have access to a lot of mylotro features such as blogs, kinship panel etc etc etc. is just simply not being answered.

    Again you will probably delete this post instead of actually telling us what the hell is going on and if we will ever see a fix for it.

    I put the ticket in etc and just got this response.

    Greetings ,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We are aware that there is an issue with the tool that grants the steed, and we are investigating the matter. When the matter is resolved, your account will be automatically granted the steed with no further required actions from you.

    We apologize for this inconvenience, and we will have this resolved shortly.

    Thank you for responding to my thread, much appreciated. I have filed a (third) ticket with Community Support this time. I'm not sure if you have any access to the ticket system, or who is responsible for your ticket practices... but my first ticket was simply closed, no notification or resolution. Just closed. When I tried to inquire on the status, I just got an automated response saying that I could not update the ticket because it was closed.

    Is there anything in place on the Turbine end to improve this ticket system. I suppose it was simply closed because the receiving group was not responsible for the content, but how would the customer know that? Is there any ITIL practices in place re: Service Management etc?

    Can you help shed any light on this?

    Same issue. Just finished the 5-referral on July 30th so same time as your thread. And we're both Landrovalians

    This is incorrect. The referral program is not meant for people outside of the US. I contacted Turbine about this because I was having the same problem with it and they told me EU players are excluded (like in every other game, EU players never have rights on such items due to problems with the (forein) law :s )

    Forein law....yes of course, that's bollocks, we wont have the same rights as EU players cause US is the center of the Universe and all other than that is trash. (US thinking mode).

    Steed Didnt work for me either

    I haven't got the steed for over 2 weeks now. I have sent in a ticket and am waiting an answer. I have also heard of people having to wait over a month for there steed. Im not sure if it works for Australian players.

    As far as I know, this died when the old website was deleted.
