The price depends on the situation on your server. How many saruman T 1/ T 2/ HM raids are done per week? How many people have it? On my server there where offers of two worn symbols of the elder king for one clasp. If the cloak and/or the necklace is/are adjustable to lvl 85 in RoR the price coud go very high.

since you can not sell any ingame items via the forums, i would suggestion you use Auction House or /trade channel on your server.

( I got already 1,2k g ingame offer over a 3rd guy, so I dont need price check, I wait offers, and not advices
This forum perfect to sell items, when you are not in game.
