The presence of cats is in reference to Celestrata's apparent liking of them, possibly shown by her use of that cat smiley (=^^= or something). These cats are also wearing office worker props, whilst in an office space, as a reference to their own office. Due to the combination of these factors, many will derive hilarity from such an out-of-place setting for pets, clearly incapable of understanding the situation they are in.

They changed their whole website recently, apparently, and I can't do anything on it. I can't find my pictures. I can't upload pictures. I can't even click on the link that says "USE THE OLD PHOTOBUCKET THAT DIDN'T SUCK AS BAD!!!"
