Hytbold class vendors

Ive just started on Hytbold with my lvl 84 warden but my barter vendors wont show up. Ive rebuild the mead hall, which should do the trick according to the guide, but nothing.

Am I missing something ?

After you build your Mead Hall using the initial 25 tokens you're given, your class vendors should appear without any issues. You may have to look for them, as they can be anywhere around the mead hall. The captains for example are in the opening past the stables... the champions are infront of the mead hall, the RKs are on the south side stairs...

They are there, just look around for them.

Yes I know where they should be. I can see them on the mini map.

Guess I have to bug it then.

Edit: I found out what was wrong. Apparently you can start the questline without bringing the letter. Just delivered it to Edgal and the vendors spawned.
