Is this the last quest in the epic chain? It is showing as completed in my deed thingy and there are no more uncompleted that I can see. :/
I also don't seem to have available quests in the Eaves of Fangorn - is there any quest chain there? I completed about 4 quests there a while ago but don't have any info about uncompleted in the deed log

Yes and yes. You end the current epic on the shore of the river separating East and West Rohan, and you pick up the quests for the Eaves Of Fangorn from the survivors of Thornhope.
"Hmm... I sense there is a high concentration of improbability particles in this this sinister keg drink..."
