Deed: Enemies of the Rohirrim

Does anyone know if this is bugged? I rode past the last 2 places on my list yesterday and they popped up on screen and the flags have appeared on my map, but they didn't show as found in my deed list.

Any thoughts?

Were you in a raid group at the time?

I assume this is an exploration deed? If so, I had a similar problem with the Fangorn one, I'd 'discovered' all the locations (had all the flags on my map) but the deed was not completed, had to re-discover the pond in the middle to finish it - maybe same problem? (And no I wasn't in a group/raid at the time)

I had that one flagged but missing too.
As I was checking deeds after finishing all the quests, I've no idea what I was doing when I found it, and assumed I had been in a raid at the time. But maybe it is buggy.
