Not that I have seen... though I RP anyway.. usually around Bree (when it doesnt horribly lag).
Try asking around in the major towns..
Or look for me :P

Yeah, Dwarro isn't known for having a lot of RP, but there are for sure some people who do! Bree is a great place to look.
{Evogrin R11 warden} {Evogash R9 warg} +wayy too many others R6-8! Though I do not play lotro anymore, thank you to everyone who made this game so much fun all those years! God bless!
