I issued the offer in Toq's wonderful thread but Volo either isn't interested or didn't bother looking at the thread again (don't blame him for that), so I'll issue the 'challenge' here.

I'll never use it, so I'm putting up 100g (freepside) of my Nimrodel cash to the winning side in a semi-organized group v group fight. Sorry creep only people, I don't think I have enough of value creepside to make a worthy incentive.
First two group LEADERS to accept the challenge will have to figure out the date and numbers.

EDIT: I forgot about comms pots being trade-able, I should be able to accommodate creep pots if that side prefers them to freep gold.

My stipulations:
best out of 3 fight, if your group wipes or flees the battle (everyone leaves combat) or flees to friendly npcs, that counts as a loss.
No waiting on cooldowns in between fights. Cappies/Wls rebuffing is expected, but if you can't get back to the fight in 5 mins after a wipe, forfeit.
I won't pick where the fight happens, but friendly npc involvement is a forfeit. If both sides want to fight in hostile mobs like wolves or tress I couldn't care less.
Both groups will be the same size and a previously agreed upon number between 6 and 12.
The only things thats slightly contentious: no brands, I don't like em and its my useless gold, so no rank, mord, or store brands.
Anything else goes, though if each side wants to set up other rules, thats fine by me.

Post here if you want to lead a group and say whether you'd be creep or freepside.
I may or may not actually log to watch, so have people taking SSs.

Ill take dibs creepside? id prefer the 6 man, 12 would take a bit longer to organize. If BB was interested id let them take the creep spot tho, even number fights is where their colors shine.

I completely forgot comms pots aren't bound, I have near enough to comms cap from RoI, so if the creepside group would prefer that to freep gold I could probably be accomodating, updating the OP...

I would suggest the old Plains OP spot since it's back to it's SoA state of nothing being there, formerly knows as The Bowl. The only problem I forsee, Gier, knowing Nim how I do, is that both sides will most likely be in cahoots and one side will just lay down and they will split the winnings amongst themselves. Maybe Dramadel should be changed to Farmingdel now

As for you sir, Desolates (Havvik), you also have to be concerned about your poor movements when you get your key turning backwards. I have seen 18-wheel semi-trucks turn better.

Glad to see you've kept the profanity filter on, in keeping with your carebear approach to this game Bigslick (Zigzha).

While that freep group looks plenty formidable, Izo. Throw in BDC's bunny ears creepside and things become instantly competitive again.

As far as the OP goes, if no one steps up to challenge Toq in the next couple days I'm probably just going to scrap the whole idea and give away whatever &&&& I still have on Nim to the friends I have left there, so step up freeps.
