I have a house in 4 Wending Way (the lakeshide house in the Shire), got that because I couldn get the one I liked: 1 Pleasant Street.

If anyone wanna trade it, please drop me a line! Or, alternatively, Im also willing to buy a house in that address, price to discuss

You can not trade or sell houses in LOTRO.

If you see a new house at the address you want, simply abandon your current house and buy the new one. I recommend standing next to the For Sale sign when you do this so that it take only a second to drop one house and buy the new one.

Any rent you had prepaid will be returned in the mail. All decorations from the old house can be retrieved from the Escrow Broker near any vault keeper. Bound items will be in the escrow account of the toon they are bound to and not in the account of the house owner.

I know all of that, but thanks Obviously, the trader and me would need to abandon our houses for this :P There are no available houses at my desired address
