A lot of the other games that I have been playing in the past couple of years have all had a relatively good following of players who frequent this website, Twitch.TV. There are people who stream games that they play while they play them, and in a truthfully futile attempt to revitalize LOTRO I've decided to have a go at it.
I will be streaming a lot of the moors action that I participate in, in addition to PVE content, especially once the new update rolls around. Honestly I don't expect anyone to be watching the stream while they are also in the moors, but I would appreciate support for the cause when you're bored or interested in how fights have been going recently, or whatever else. My only rule in the stream is to reserve all drama for tells and the forums here. You can stop by and say, "good fights guys, this is fun, let's keep it up!" but please don't come over to rage or complain, because I play this game to have fun and not to argue about things I have no power over. I do have the power to mute people in the chat if they cause too much trouble, but as long as people refrain from drama I do not expect to utilize it.
When I'm in the moors I will also have a pretty sizable delay set on the stream, recently I've been offsetting it so what you're seeing is actually 4 minutes behind what's actually happening, and I do this for obvious reasons. If people feel this isn't enough, or is too much, then I can adjust it accordingly. I also haven't been including any audio, be it my personal commentary or actual game sounds, because, to be quite honest, some things that are said in a raid are better left not repeated. Eventually I'll be including music and possibly my own voice, but I haven't done anything like this yet.
interesting, what time of day do you normally play in the moors? i dont think i have seen you. but might be cool to watch while i cant be in the moors. also what time zone
I'm in pacific, but I'm usually playing around 4~10 pm pacific, frequently later than that but those are around the times that I'd most likely be on and have the stream going.
