CotC WAI? What do the PvP mini's have to say?

So, when you hover over the CotC icon you will notice that it mentions a short term "immunity" to silences as part of the skill. My experience has been this:

I hit my CotC only to be silenced 2 sec's after I hit it. So how long is the immunity? I don't think there is one. So I hit it one evening before I logged off to see if it put up an icon under my morale. Nope.

Now, if I were a betting man I'd wager that Turbine is going to change the description so that it doesn't mention anything about "immunity" instead of actually make it work. Kinda like that Warg HIPS and NPC's still shooting you in keeps type of deal.

Anyway, has any other mini experienced this?

Bug it so it goes to the attention of the devs, either to grant an immunity or to update the text.
