Does Inspire trigger Wyrmfire Mender's Ring?

Hello,

As I finally got my golden captain bracelet I decided to replace my mooncandle warrior's ring.
Now I'm thinking about using the Mender's ring of rohan, it says it gives a 15% chance to trigger on any single target heal skill.
Technically this are the skills WoC and Inspire. As I'm not really using inspire that much, that would not be worth getting it.
Inspire is always on cd, so that means a 15% chance every 15s on a 1k group heal which is kinda nice.
But with the legendary trait, inspire isn't a single target anymore, it's a group skill now. So my question is, does it still trigger when the legendary trait is active?
I don't really have a that big amount of tokens of hytbold to try it out myself.
I suppose this also counts for the captain's golden cloak, which I don't have yet.

In earlier post i have read that this is bugged, is this fixed yet? And if yes how?

I have done some experimenting with the ring, and in my experience, the ring only procs with WoC. Inspire didn't seem to get any fellowship heals, nor did muster courage (which when traited also becomes a single-target heal, even if it is a self-heal). I'm not sure if this ring is really worth it for a captain, as most of our heals are fellowship-wide. The only situation where it would be useful is when you have to spam WoC for some reason.

It's been fixed to function with Captain-specific heals (and only those) internally. Not sure when that fix will go out to Live.

Since you've restricted it to captain only single target heals, could you please put a requires: Captain flag on it as well?

I can think of times where a Champ-Tank might find it interesting as it currently appears without further input.
