First response from a blue name: Thread is locked

I constantly read through the threads on this Forum hoping for a miracle. A Blue name responding with an answer that will give us an indication that a) Turbine does care about PvMP and they will get to fixing it in maybe 20 years. Or that they just don't care( honesty would be appreciated.)

To my surprise I find a Blue name responding twice on threads in a very short time period. 1) State of the moors thread- Locked
    2) Botting ruining the game -Locked. The reason is that the tread was being derailed by player attitude.

Now this is my opinion - Yes some of the posts were a bit of topic but maybe, just maybe the players are getting frustrated at reading walls off post about things being wrong about a game they like to play and seeing absolutely zero feedback from a blue name.

Well I guess I don't have to read through the forums anymore. I have my answer.

P.S - I see a tread locked in my future.

After all these years and you've figured it out now?

    Also,

One does not simply "fix" LOTRO PVP

Here is it how it works :

New xpac and level cap = Creeps dominate by instantly entering battle at max level

New update = Freeps get a boost

New update = Freeps get a boost (1As)

New update = Freeps get a boost

By the 3rd update = Freeps dominate

    Wash, Rinse,Repeat

Well, let's be fair, freeps dominate when we get our gear up from first update. :P

Pretty much how it goes. It's a cycle. The cycle will never be broken.
    The cycle will continue.

In all fairness to the mods, the Constructive Criticism thread in particular was way out of line with senseless bickering and name calling. Too bad, because it started off so well....

Sometimes how you say something is, almost, as important as what you say.

The so-called CoC is actively bent to suit them. Criticising them = instant punishment. Botting = no problem.

And you all know exactly which person is autocratically locking threads here. This thread will be next.

True - to some extent. But it also seems like "Locking a thread" is the only F2P moderation option available.

Everything else requires more money and/or more time. Technically, Turbine can also unlock better stuff through playing the "game" - but whatever for if F2P Nuke seems like auto-win?

These are my favorite types of threads. Threads created in direct violation of the community guidelines with the self-fulfilling prophetic warning that it will be locked. Favorite because they are cut and dried and require nothing more than simple reading of the community guidelines to understand why they are locked.
