Relatively new VIP player and I am confused about the lottery thing, actually just discovered it this week. Says my toon is ineligible @ lvl 60 but I am up @ lvl 77. What gives. Please advise.

There are still some issues with populating the correct data, but my understanding is that they are aware and working on it. In fact, it is noted in the Known Issues thread stickied at the top of this forum. Best we can do is remain patient. If it's any consolation, my lvl 65 minstrel is still showing as lvl 46.

Definately a bit buggy, I have several transferred characters which are showing on both old and new servers. One of them has just won a lottery under his old name on the old server...

My 85 lm doesn't appear at all, although I've levelled it a while ago..
Is turbine fixing this? Any news?

i have a level 80 char that the lottery is not recognizing, just saying, please let me know if its something i can do to fix this, i have logged on this char many times over the last few months

It is listed in the known issues for the site. That means they know about it and are working on it. No ETA given.
