And what about the spinning Hobbit-lottery? At least make it a little animation where a little hobbit comes running carrying the present, gives a kiss on the cheek and leaves the gift. What you have done there looks like the slot machine found in Las Vegas...
Sorry for the off-topic, but that's the best implementation of Hobbit-Presents i've ever read.
I don't have a big problem with how the Hobbit-Presents work, but that's a much-much better idea! It will also make you smile if you're having a bad day!
