Every toon on the account new or current gets the items.

The cloak slot is actually very nice and not available through the store. It has class specific stats and scales with level, it also stacks with the pocket for 50% on kills and gives 25% to everything, quests etc.

The new mount, armour and titles are of course preorder exclusive too and not available in the store. I made a screenshot thread if interested to see them together.

I don't get what all the complaining is about. If you don't like it, don't buy it. There are plenty of us that have played for years that will. Do I think the preorder is pricey? A little, but then again, I don't know exactly what I'm buying. I know what they say I'm buying, but I don't know what the gameplay is actually like.
Honestly, I will prolly forgo the pretty horsy and just wait till it releases. No big. Even though I've completed the latest content, I still have fun running around in ME.
Regardless, I'm not going to complain about something that I know will eventually be cheaper. It's just like anything else - no like, no buy. Move on.
I bet that most of the folks complaining on the board are also millennials lining up to buy the new iPhone 5c.
As far as the ticket that can't be used in other countries, it would be nice if Turbine offered some sort of in-game compensation, but again: no like, no buy. Besides, it's an ADD ON! It has NOTHING to do with the expansion.

From the responses I'm seeing, people are misunderstanding due to the name used. The 'legendary' is an ITEM PACK. It's NOT part of the expansion. It's like picking up a pack up gum (albeit an expensive one) as you're checking out at the store. Last time, we had a 'Legendary' version of the expansion pack. There is no such thing this time around, so there's no reason to freak out about the cost of it, or the Hobbit ticket. It's only a add-on purchase available at checkout and won't have an impact on the expansion you're purchasing.

The premium comes with a crystal of remembrance (not level locked) which is all toons.

The extra upgrade with the star-lit crystals etc I would assume is all characters yes so pretty good value overall when you think about it (only takes 2 or 3 toons to make it worthwhile I believe, even though I didn't add it in the end).

This is a good point and I apologize if the site is unclear on it. The movie ticket only comes into play if you purchase the Legendary Item pack UPGRADE to the expansion. It's not included in the expansion offer (either of them) itself. It's a bonus for an additional purchase.

I bought RoR with TP. as far as I remember it was available in the store at the same time that the xpac went live, though I'm not positive on that. The TP cost was around 4k-4.5k, from what i remember.

I don't remember their being any info given out before RoR about a TP purchase, beyond that it would be available at launch (so no pricing, or different options breakdown), and more specific news would be welcome to the VIP points hoarder crowd, and the TP grinding one.

Well true but i would hope people know if they tend to spend bought TP on Legendary items beforehand. If they do and the items are for each character of your account it gets to be a good value pretty quickly.

Is there a list of what is included in the expansion that is not free for all players. I know the quests are not free, but the level cap rise and the epic quest lines are free. So what do you get for the money and what is free for everyone.

This I would love to see the answer to! Because as we seem to be gearing towards new player base why would a lvl 10 have purchased HD.. even though they can play at lvl 10.. idk is just confusing.

Will you add more payment methods? I don't have a credit/debit card. I transfered money from bank account to PayPal but it still needs credit/debit card anyway for this particular purchase. (Also checked out Ultimatepay. Link doesn't work)

I haven't found any quantity/quality info yet. There was mention of 3 new epic books with HD (although how many chapters per book is unknown). No mention on the number of big battle instances (is it just 1? 2? 3?). No changes to the Moors have been mentioned. No mention of how many new landscape quests are in the new region. There has been mention of class revamps which will turn out similar to warsteeds, which I thought was major fail.

Not that I am going pre-order HD either way, but my gosh, give players some meaty info if you expect them to preorder instead of just fluff and hope they have blind faith.

Yep that would interest me too, especially how many instances are there for each group size and more details on the reward system.

Does the Premium one not include the Stone of the Homburg? I don't see it listed on the Premium page. Everything else from the lower pack comes with the higher one but the Stone if it doesn't have it.

It's because the bonus from the stone is included in the back-slot shield.
