Can Lua find a player's friends or kin members?

I can't find anything about this in the docs or with google-fu, but since the docs are so incomplete, I figured I should ask the lurus here. Since it's possible to GetParty(), I'm hoping there are functions for finding friends and kinnies online?

Unfortunately the API does not give us access to kinships or the friends list. If you search lotrointerface for a plugin called HereBeDragons by Equendil? That will show you everything accessible in game.
