Tell me again about my class, please. I'm eager to learn from a true master of the class.
Nice of you to go to a different thread to quote me, where I was actually trying to help another player out. However, where did I go wrong? What did I say about the burglar that isn't accurate?
You, on the other hand, say that you don't evade anything when you use TnG? I don't think it's my facts that have to be checked.
Oh, and I'm still waiting for those evade, parry and resist %.

And you are making it sound like slowing a TnG burg and kiting him is easier! Say what you want about the RNG, but percentages don't lie. What I propose you do, is much more viable number-wise, than what you propose a reaver should do.
Edit, I went ahead and did the math on finesse vs bpe for you. a r15 has approximately 8200 finesse, good for an 18% reduction in BPE. A well geared burg will have 3700+ agility (plus 100 might passive), which is good for 7600 parry rating, or ~17%, capped evade for 25%, 5% for the blue line trait, and 50% for TnG, giving a total avoidance chance of... 97%. Yay burgs!!!! Now this rank 15 reaver (because there are so many) is going to reduce total bpe by 18%, so ./drumroll, the burg has been effectively dropped down to only 79% total avoidances when facing the reaver, and a measly 62% when the burg gives the reaver their back....
Even without TnG thats an effective BPE of 29% and 12%, and this is against a r15.
Rofl thats insane. But hey, hamstring can also be resisted
But never mind this. You can hamstring a burg during TnG, it happens ALL THE TIME. Right?
