Lua Luau, silly idea or fun time?

Just wondering if there would be any interest in a Lua Luau - basically a meet and greet if we could get the devs who are implementing the Lua API to come out and meet the Lua plugin developers that are using the API. Perhaps some weekend night at a location in or near Boston. I don't know if any other plugin developers even live close enough to make meeting in Boston a possibility but it seems like it would be neat to meet the other people involved since we are all donating our time for free, even the Turbine devs are doing this in their spare time. Maybe we could even talk Sapience into providing some swag and even get end users to meet both the Turbine devs and the community plugin devs responsible for some of the neat Lua plugins (I suppose skin authors would count too )

Not sure if there would be any interest but I thought I'd toss the idea out there.

I would love to, but flights and a hotel will be a lot of money - which I don't have to spare at the moment

Of course, Turbine has that nifty new twitch.tv feed, they could always bring along a tablet and broadcast the feed for those that can't be there in person as long as the venue has a wireless hotspot.
