Man Burglar or Hobbit Burglar? Which is better?

can someone explain me what's so bad about dual clubs instead of dual daggers ( in the context of pvp).

I'm using 2 clubs as a hobbit since the racial 5% bonus not only counts for autoattacks as it once did, but for all attacks. Outweights 1% autoattack crit chance and 2% damage through the burg dagger passive in my opinion. The look of it was a bit weird in the beginning, but I got used to it... Don't know what should be so bad about 2 clubs.

I used to use clubs regardless of the dagger bonus before, because the club attack duration slow was so nice
