Derndingle Dailies

The daily Derndingle "Quieting ...." quests are not resetting for me and now idea why. It's more than 24 hours since I completed them. I do have one of the incramental seed quests so not sure if that makes a difference or not. Any help appreciated. Thanks.


PS. I just canceled the seed quest in Derndingle and it did not change anything for the "quieting...." quests in case anyone wants to know, in otherwords, it's still not resetting. I also filed a support ticket but no response yet... probably too early for American time.. forget the support hours. I guess I'll submit a bug ticket just in case this is not working as intended.

Not sure what I can do to help, but I have been able to get the next Quieting quest, as has my questing buddy.

I did 2 Quieting quests the first day.. the North and the West .. I also had a Carnimerie Seed quest which gave me a Quickbeam buff. I canceled that Seed quest on the second day but the buff remained so now on the second day I still have the buff yet cannot access any of the Quieting quests. Did you do 2 the first day or one on the first day and then another the second day? Do you also have the Seed quest which gives you a Quickbeam tree buff or not? Thanks.

I think I know what the problem is. You posted this at 5 AM EST. Is it possible those two you did were just before and just after the server reset around 3 AM EST?

You can do only 1 Quieting quest each day. My guess you did one early in the morning right after the server reset, and one right before. In your timezone, it would feel like 2 in one day. But in the server's timezone, you already did today's.

I guess that's a possibility. Too bad I cancelled my Carnimerie Seed quest.




PS Just thinking, that can't be it because I did not complete any of the quieting quests today since 3 am server time. Also, upon cancelling the tree buff does not go away. I just accepted a seed quest again and now I have 2 tree buffs! .. each finishing at different times.

I guess I'm not sure then. If you still can't take a Quieting quest tomorrow, definitely bug it. It could just be a fluke.

The tree buff is finally gone plus I've even deleted the Carnimerie Seed quest yet again and I'm still NOT ABLE TO GET ANY of the Quieting quests!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRUSTRATED because I've done everything that I have been asked to do from contacting support, submit a bug report, creating a thread here, asking other players.. no one seems to want or to be able to unlock these pending quests or fix this bug or tell me what to do. Not able to play that new content other than the daily crafting instances!!!!!!!!!!!!! My game is broken.

Same problem for me - I managed to do two of the "Quieting" quests but no reset for 3 days now :-(
