How is it on windfolo at 95? I'm at 50-60 mostly right and have to pull up social and put in my lvl range to ever get a skirmish or anything so i'm wondering how it is at end game or if its worth it for me to change servers before i grind anymore.

It used to be high with people raiding and doing stuff the whole time. I get the feeling that Windy is shrinking pretty quick. In Prime time there were only 60 Members in GLFF, that is the lowest ive ever seen. I would check the server populations over on lotro alt finder (no not sure how up todate he populations are).
