We placed 5th overall in the Take The Hobbit To Isengard event run (so far) with a time of 47 minutes and 48 seconds.

So many turned out for the run, good too see so many faces on Windy.

Congratz to those that organized and ran this Hobbit Run. 47 minutes is a respectable time.

I'm sure we would have had a better time if those people weren't mounted and had their cloaks on. Even Sapience said at the end it wasn't smart to have all those people mounted riding along. I do believe the practice time was accurate but as Sapience pointed out you didn't have all his lag issues and all the other people riding their mounts next to you.

I really wished I could have been there but those of us on the West Coast could only watch through the live streaming and cheer you on.

One last thing, Sapience you really need to figure out the audio problem. We could barely hear you... especially at the end when he ported back.

Anyway, Congratz all on a job well done!!

We sure did! it was great to see ooc's, glff's, and the custom hobbitrun channel that was made always going off to get everyone in tune and involved, in the screeny is about 50 or so players, but there were easily another 30-40 that were behind and still catching up and some others that stayed near gates and before the tower itself.
