GMT ...
During Summer Time (Daylight Saving Time), London Time is GMT+1, also known as British Summer Time (BST). --- Just like we have DST in the rest of the world --- so does the UK --- GMT is the time it would be if it was NOT DST ... so -4 GMT is in fact correct.

It's due back up at 5 pm UK time by my calculation Servertime plus 5 hours (because of local time).
Regardless . . . it will be back up when its ready
no matter what time that is. Better to be ready, on time or a little late, than be broken early Dig the forums while you're waiting, lots of interesting things to read about, and check out some of the fun threads to get you in a good mood for when you can re-enter middle earth.
