Shadows of Angmar/Moria based kins

I saw this on Brandywine server, but I prefer to stay home. There are kins that disable exp at lvl 60 for the SoA and moria content. Are there such kins here?

Honestly, I haven't seen any posted when I was on in glff(currently off due to computer issues). I have seen many pugs for Turtle, Grand Stair, Watcher, Forgotten Treasury, and the other moria runs. That being said I haven't seen any Carn Dum or Rift runs at all.
