Hit the coffee maker, attend meetings, read their emails, hit the coffee maker, try to start developing whichever project they've been assigned, get interrupted for design meeting on another project, break for lunch, return to read more emails, respond to a few, try to focus back on whichever project their manager is breathing down their neck about, rinse and repeat the next day.

Every once in a while get pestered by the community rep to take time away from development to answer pointless questions the players have submitted (typically duplicates of already answered items or things that there is no answer to yet because they haven't been developed yet do to too many interruptions)!

Off the forums, back to work! *cracks whip ;p

(That's one way to dodge pesky weekday meetings.)

For your sake, I hope you get overtime, for our sake, I hope you don't get OT--just kidding, overtime is gooood.

Omg. That's exactly how my job is as a maintenance supervisor.
