Everything below is for the past week or 2. May have to wait a little bit more to see if the action stays as good as it has been.

1) Our current state isn't too bad, we've recently been getting good group fights going for a good amount of time in the day. No telling how long this will last though, these group fights just picked up and have been going nicely for the past week or so. No side really dominates the other for the majority of the time, if one side has too many, people will alt to the other side to create more balanced fights. One problem we have is that people like to play with their friends which is 100% understandable, but usually results in too many people flipping to help at 1 time, and just flipping the balance towards the other side. Another problem would be when only 1 or a few flip sides and these people are included in our very small population of actually good creeps/freeps. We do have a lot of people who rage quit after 1 wipe though while blaming others aka Tree of Life.
2) For the past week(our only good week since the update so far) there have been a nice 10-12 creeps out for most hours. <--Non questing creeps. Our server doesn't have any serious or real tribes because of alot of different groups of people and a good amount of casuals. Good amount of high ranked creeps.
3) Read Above. PvPers are spread around alot of kins.

5) Welcomed by anyone who pvps.
6) 1v1s are usually happening at appropriate times and when there can be decent action, people get together to gank them to create this action.

The action is usually anywhere between 2-10 pm server time.
