    Connection failed Server Full??

Unless there has been an influx of players I think that error message is false. Still I am not logged in yet.
I tried another login it too failed. This was to Gladden. I logged in another server and could log in.
Then I tried Gladden again and could log in again. This was weird.

Maybe it was a side effect of this issue:

In the past, that message has meant that there was a problem with the login server, not the that server was actually full. I imagine that's still way down on the bugfix list.

So because the internet is buggy it will cause the Error message : "Connection Failed: Server Full" ?? I think not though it was a good thought.

I logged into the login server then tried to goto Gladden when I got the error message 2x. I then logged in again and chose a different server and then after a successful login I tried Gladden again and could login in. So it wasn't the login server per se. Perhaps the handshake from the login server to gladden was messed up? but it would not be the login server's fault as I was able to login to a different server successfully. It could be Gladden's server messing up giving the login server a bogus message?

Happening again on Aug 24th, 9:30 EST

Tried to login twice to Gladden, failed with "Connection failed: Server Full". Then successfully logged onto Crickhollow. Next attempt to Gladden failed again; this time I noticed the splash screen said "Searching for logon server..." before the black screen with the error message.

I had the same problem. I could log into Arkenstone, but got the error - server full on Gladden several times.

Same here. Connection failed, server full message shortly after 'searching for server'.
Gladden. Tried just now, still 'full'.

Gladden's Login Server is still having problems today (24 August)

Authentication takes place and then communicating with the Login Server fails. Usually displaying the "server full" error message, but in fact, communication between the Launcher and the Login Server during the handoff to the Client is failing.

What should happen is that all players will be queued when the server capacity limit is reached. VIPs have priority to get the server slots as they free up.

Server full only occurs when all regular slots are in use. Plus all queue slots are in use. I've only this situation occur during some beta events on Bullroarer.

Current simultaneous connections counts have not been high enough to use all server slots in the past of couple of years. Other than Bullroarer, I do not know of any server that had to queue someone. What you are getting is an incorrect error message saying the server is full. A better message would be something along this line:
The login process is not working. Please contact customer service in order to get this functionality restarted.

Unhelpful, incorrect and misleading error messages are a common problem in software applications. There is very little testing effort expended to make sure the error message is both appropriate and informative. Software development never has the resources allocated to dealing with all these uncommon events. Often the allocated resources are insufficient to properly completing and testing the main functionality.
Unless stated otherwise, all content in this post is My Personal Opinion.

There is an issue with the login server. Right before you get that message watch the messages scroll, you should see "Trying to find the login server.". Right after that the error will pop. It's a frustrating thing for sure.

@Burzumaz -- It's not because you just transferred. I can't get on either and I'm not a transfer and I am a subscriber.

Also, if you keep trying you'll eventually get in.

Crickethollow is doing the same thing! Try to login, Server Full. loged in to a different world. Got in no problem. Tried getting back in to crickethollow again, no dice...

    Something weird is going on...

I've only tried Crickhollow, but it seems everybody is having this issue. So I haven't tried any other servers, since it seems likely to happen anyway, no matter which server I try. The most frustrating part for me is, I don't have my own internet so I have to go where I can get free wifi. Usually a laundromat, or my friend's house. So I get very little time to play as it is.

Tried logging into Crickhollow for an evening of PVMP but the server claims it's full. Tried several times.

We only counted @40-60 players willing to transfer/move to Crick for PVMP, must have been a lot more to fill up the server!
Whoever says “I” creates the “you.” Such is the trap of every conscience. The “I” signifies both solitude and rejection of solitude. Words name things and then replace them. Whoever says tomorrow, denies it. Tomorrow exists only for him who does not seek it. And yesterday? Yesterday is Kolvillàg: a name to forget, a word already forgotten.
