Fellow Hunters: Is Distracting Shot broken?

They originally did this because roots and dazes are usually the "longest" CC in the game and they didn't want a player to be held in place for something like 15s (which i agree with turbine, is completely ########). So offcourse, short duration dazes like hunter's one are also gimped by this rule.

Theres to much CC in this game as it is and to be honest i dont really feel the affect of it anymore being dazed,stunned or root(exception flayer root garbage)

Yeah, but going back to my original premise, the skill Distracting Shot had a legendary component to it in the past, so its pretty lame that its so garbage lol. I mean, it's whatever, a lot of things in this game are broke anyway, I just wanted to get a consensus.

1. Lm blinding flash say 30sec but cut that in half once you enter the mores and then even more as dr kicks in, now this is without using anything in yellow line. Trait yellow and its increase some.
