Does anyone else come out of bear form if they get stunned? Is this normal or is it a bug? Thanks!

Yes, being stunned will cancel out a Beorning's toggles most of the time. Some times it doesn't, but rarely.
That applies to all Beorning toggles, both the Bear form the two Marks from the Yellow Branch.
As for whether it's a bug or WAI, I can't tell. I only know that being stunned doesn't remove a Captain's Mark or Shield-brother.
