    Question heals dont apply

    recognized single target heals didnt apply if i dont have a target (thought its like lm/cappy heals if you dont have a target it heals yourself) atm found this bug fighting filikul and another moria instance

    Wut? Minstrel and Rune-keeper heals will automatically be applied to the user, if they aren't targeting another player/using skill forwarding, targeting a mob targeting another player.
    (thought its like lm/cappy heals if you dont have a target it heals yourself)
    Words of Courage is and Light of Hope was about transferring a portion of the Captain's/Loremaster's morale to their target. As such, they can not target themselves.

    The Beorning heals, Hearten (Composure), Encouraging Roar, etc. do not have to target another player. Thus, if you are not targeting anyone else, they will apply to you.

    thats what this thread is about if you dont target anything in some instances the heal waste wrath and has no target not me or anything else outside instances it works fine with selfheals... dont have so much time to test it atm but i watched combat logs and hearten and encouraging roar just went on cd and didnt had an effect (filikul raid for example)
