    So where's the pvp @?

Just returned to the game, I currently play a Burglar, Captain, Champ, Lore-Master, and Warden. All decently ranked with months of pvp time invested in them all. Looking for a server that actually has a popular pvp server, any suggestions let me know please!

Brandywine and Snowbourn pretty much the only ones that still have a lot pvp, at least to my knowledge, RIP lotro pvp

There is none. The PvP has been destroyed.

While Elmo the Forum Troll can singlehandedly derail threads and destroy discussions :P, truth is Elmo the PvP'er is a solid dude. Leads when necessary, tries to organize events, doesn't go out of his way to troll individuals, still seems enthusiastic about keeping the game alive, and generally respects the differing opinions between the 1v1 and anti-1v1 crowds. Good addition to a revamped PvP community like Crick's, imo.

I just transferred to Brandywine, there is a lot of action everywhere basically find a spot on the map and you will find someone in 5 minutes.
There is always a group v group (GV camp style of play) but you will always find smaller groups of freeps to fellow with and roam around in a small pack coming across the whole raid or other small fellowships.
Economy is always a benefit and there are always groups for PvE, it does sound so advertising when Crick players say you wont get zerged (not sure if hardly anyone plays or creep just wave as you stand there vulnerable).
Plus you need PvE to get good gear for PvMP.

I play in prime Australian time, I would say max people I have seen on the server would be 70 at anyone time. Three groups on each side plus all the solos/roamers = Zergs, constant 1v1 area, open area solos & high ranked creeps to test you game on.

The PvP is the same place its always been, here on the forums. Look around, the names havent changed, the same people are QQing day after day, month after month, year after year about LOTRO PvP. Its almost as if they believe it will ever be something beyond what it currently is. You know the type, the ones who spend literally hundreds of posts complaining about 1v1's, you know where two dissimilar and non balanced charecters fight... Its the pinnacle of intelligent interaction.

But hey dont take my word for it, ya come to brandywine where you can run on down from GV steps to BV, get blown up by 350800 creeps then pop on to the forums and listen to idiots complain about freeps not leaving one shotters.

Or flip to creepside, map GTR and get close to the enterance and lag out, but that PvP isnt complete until you come to the forums and watch the freeps complain like idiots that the lag is worse for them.

Or you can play the game as it was intended, whoooops nope.... Now you can blow up everything, roll a hobbit mini and one shot surface mobs from 1-100. Oh you died? No worries there isnt any more dread so you'll be up and atem in no time.

Or you can play the game we have, I like to call it "pixel accumulator" its a lovely sim where if you grind enough you have have the very best pixels in the game. Do you need them? of course not no, but hey this is pixel accumulator so shut up, roll another toon and get back into the trollshaws and lonelands, its been revamped !!!!!!

Or you can long onto the monster play sub forums and watch how Ugmo creates new text to say the same thing or try and be convinced by legendofall that hes really good, and LM is a really, really challenging toon to play.

Where's the PvP... as Bugs Bunny would say....

Your forgot to add the part where you complain about what everyone else is posting on the forums which is a key event.

Brandywine has constant 1v1 action at GG.

There's usually some camp going on somewhere.

And there's always the great small group action if you freep. Been running Red Captain/Warden/Blue RK. Taking down 10 mans is quite easy.

But then, you have to consider the skill cap on Brandy is slightly above defunct.

We have different points of view of what is or is not a complaint. I feel pointing out the obvious to those who either cannot see it or willfully choose not to see it are not complaints at all but rather assistance to others who might be baffled by the event. As has been stated, this is LOTRO PvP, you would be hard pressed to find a "post" on here that dosent cover something that has been stated at least 3-5 dozen times in the past.

Its a PvE game, no amount of hemming and hawing is going to change that. The fact that some of us realized and accepted this years ago and others didnt is sad in one sense but allows those of us who still play an avenue to show that we really do care about others and point out this glaring flaw in their thought process.

Gladden has nice action. We picked up a lot of imladris, some silverlode and I think a few Brandywine transfers. Could use some more freeps and a freep leader during prime time, and a creep leader during eur/aus hours.
