I used to play here at 65, and 85. I've been off on Brandywine just like 75% of the other people in this game. But lately I see more and more people I used to play with at 65 and 85 coming over to Brandywine. So I thought about it and decided I'm going to be coming back on my captain to attempt to revive freepside PvP and PvE. When? I don't know for sure yet. I hear rumor of a server merge so I'm hesitant to spend the money to transfer only to find out Imladris is being closed.

So what will happen? I will be bringing roughly 5-6 people with me, and I have about 4-5 already on server that will also be joining me. This means I will have a small raid roaming the moors nightly.

I hope the creeps have a leader and 10-12 people to combat us.

I currently need a well geared hunter, minstrel, and guardian. So shoot me a PM to reserve a spot.

My hunter is on Imla, albeit not with much audacity gear because nothing ever happened to get comms there when I was back :P If you manage to get it going I might pop back.
Turbine messed up my VIP so I ended up paying for 3 more months so hit me up on steam when you get there!

Still waiting to know what's happening with the merge. As soon as I get some info it'll be more clear as to if it's worth paying $25 for the transfer.

Have servers merges been confirmed? If not then i really don't see them happening. Server merges are rarely a good idea and never go well. I would prefer they make a grace period where people can choose to transfer for free.

they said they were going to eventually going to close down some servers and let people transfer for free for some time they havent said when or how yet.

Forcing people to transfer is merging.

If they close a server and people haven't transferred your toon with either be taken to a random server or locked from play. I would imagine randomly transferred.

We have an idea of the servers we will wish to keep and which to close, but that list is not yet set in stone and may be subject to change as we see the results of transfers and some of the hardware investigation we are doing.
