    How's the server doing?

Hey guys, Thrillkiller here. I recently started playing LOTRO again, and I currently play on Brandywine, although I love the constant action, I find it very annoying how zergy it is. It's hard to roam as a single person without getting major callouts on yourself. I was thinking about transferring one of my characters back to windy, perhaps my warden once I get gear on it. I wanted to know how the action is! How is the roaming? Are you able to find people frequently? What about small groups? And even 1v1s, but I'm not as concerned about them if I transfer my warden. Are there more creeps or freeps? I know it's kind of a dumb question, but I'd like to get a rough estimate of what you guys see more often, thanks and I look forward to possibly transferring!!

Gets a bit of action in the evenings. Roaming is pretty much unheard of now, though. No 1v1's, really. Freep/creep is fairly even, for the most part. The usual pvp encounter consists of either side hiding until someone (usually a scaled or greenie) decides to push over and over, then the others get the balls to push far enough to hit a skill then run back and hide. And that's about how it goes.

Crum, how would you say it is over there? I'd like to transfer to play with friends and such, but I don't want to have to roam around for 30 minutes just to find one person hiding behind the one shots.

Hm. It's not as bad as it was where you would roam for an hour and find Quuto combat logging cause a norbog looked at him however it's a little sketchy at the moment. My day pretty much goes like this.

Roam for 15 come across 3 or 4 in HH or isen mine PVEing. Kill them and lol at their badness. They come back with 5, spam track me and call me out before engaging, I kill a few and die. I come back to find they have ran off to take an op and have gained a healer just because lol why die in pvp. I call them out to see if they can get distracted enough while I pick them off. Works for a while. They map grams and the freeps go camp them on lugs hill for a while. Creeps gain a few more and roll the terrible freeps. I grab a minstrel and a meat shield and go to fight the creep group to try get some group v group, to find a mass pile of spiders sitting in grams one shots cause why die in pvp.

Points are made, things are there to kill but is it fun? Sometimes.
Burging is fun at least. Having a blast so far. Just seems there's no skilled creeps at all and no skilled freeps at all. If there's a solid 3-4 man of freeps the creeps can't do much but complain and if the creeps have a solid Zerg and there are no decent freeps on then they'll zerg what is out and still complain. So they just slap each other with their phallus', first to ejaculate loses.

This is by far the best description of the PvP situation I've seen yet.

honestly unless you really really really want to bring a toon over here for some low key and mostly shoddy action, i wouldn't waste the money on a transfer. wait til some servers close. once some servers close this game will actually be healthy again and you can go pretty much anywhere.

Why, did your computer break and it can't run other less terrible games?

I know that the game is broken, but LOTRO has always been a game that I have fun going back to. And after all, isn't that what gaming is all about? And the game has improved over the past bit, it's not as good as what I would hope for, but it has improved.
