I was wondering if my fellow Loremasters had any thoughts about recommended legacies post U 16?
I was thinking the following:
Staff (Imbued)
only three definites:
Tactical damage
Burning embers damage
Fire skills crit multiplier
otherwise I'm toying with four out of the following:
one or both of the Light of the Rising Dawn legacies (damage or crit multiplier)
sticky gourd damage
lightning storm damage
cracked earth damage
or just go stat legacies Will / Fate / Vit for all round benefits instead of specific skills.
DPS book (imbued)

Wizards fire crit
Beacon of hope healing (might as well benefit from the tactical healing rating)
lightning/light damage
Fire DOT
Ancient craft debuff
Pet attack duration
Debuff book ( not imbued)
signs of power ( for see all ends duration)
Debuff resist rating (even if bugged, surely it will be fixed one day!)
beacon of hope heal
ancient craft debuff
Fire lore debuff

It really depends on your playstyle.
For the staff, there's a lot of good DPS options, that I wouldn't waste any of them on a stat slot. My current set up is:
Tactical Skills Direct Damage
Sticky Gourd Base Direct Damage
Lightning-Storm Base Damage
Light of the Rising Dawn Damage
Burning Embers Initial Damage
Fire Skills Critical Damage
Staff-Strike Damage
I am not all that impressed with Staff-Srike Damage, so I am considering replacing that with Ring of Fire Damage.
For your imbued book, there are lot of different options to consider. I do consider the double light/lightning damage a must have. I also have dropped two of the resistance legacies, and likely will drop the third (Damaging) soon, as these don't appear to actually do anything significant. I do have both Will and Vitality stats on mine.
Found a feature about the imbue legacy "Armour debuff potency" that you might want to consider before imbueing.
In Keeper of animals using imbue book with legacy "armour debuff potency" at +17.5% my ancient craft has -475 armour value. If I don't have the book on me value changes to -2700. Same for Natures fury line.
If I change to ancient master the value for ancient craft is -7425 with the book and -6490 without it.
