In the first Beta rounds this legacy did nothing! It was displayed as +0.216 Bleeds Critical Rating! At the end of the Beta Frelorn stated that this legacy was displayed wrong! The name was changed to +26,8% Bleeds Critical Damage, so that each damage of a bleed dot that crits .... does so 26,8% higher.

For my damage weapon I go for the following legacies:
- Melee Skills Critical Damage
- Cutting Attack Damage
- Grave Wound Damage
- Blade of Elendil Damage
- Battle-readied state damage
- Bleed Damage
- Muster Courage Fear Resist
I would agree that you can put Muster Courage on a swap weapon (as I did with Make Haste), but every 20-30 seconds? I think Im getting old ... :P The only opportunity (in my opinion) would be Inspire Damage (but 15 seconds cooldown for a skill that is not focusing on dealing damage is not a great deal) or Routing Cry Damage (Im not a fan of this either)... The AoE Healing some people mentioned here is not an opportunity for me. Im talking of a DPS weapon. On DPS I do not actively heal. I´ll do my 5% damage buff from the blue line and thats it. Sometomes a Rallying Cry if there is really the need for it... but for these little numbers I don´t need this legacy.
My damage Emblem is not that difficult either:
- Bleeds Critical Damage
- PA & DB Damage
- Light Type Damage
- Shadows Lament Damage
- Time of Need Buff Duration
- Sure Strike Damage
- Might
Same here with the healing legacies... for healing I have my own weapon and emblem as well as for the tanking line. With this thought in mind there is no opportunity for DPS.
