That note was for changes made between builds during the BR testing.

Really, the increase was so small as to not be visible - it was swamped by damage loss from the lack of outpost buffs.

It was added because Freeps got a 20% damage reduction increase. That damage reduction increase was removed. Creeps still got their damage buff I believe, but it might have been tweaked.

Trust me, as a freep player, I can feel the wargs damage boost going throught my mitigations..
and as a Creep player, I love how easily I can kill some freeps on my low ranked creepy :P

but I feel reavers have less dps than wargs or BA .. for some reasons .. maybe I'm wrong.

I'd agree that I can also feel the large damage boost creeps got... And also the large incoming damage decrease they got...

What damage boost? Freeps take about 30% less damage from my WL compared to pre update..
On npcs sure i hit harder, but freeps got -30% inc dmaage regardeless of how much aud they have.

And myself, as a forever freep player, I feel like creep dmg still doesn't do almost anythning to me.

Even worse, my defensive stats are way powerful than before with this new PvP gear.

Which thing is hilarious, If I may say so.

Who would possibly think that creepside got some respectful buffs in this last PvP patch against freeps?

These devs trully live in their own world, they don't know what they do, apparently.

I've only really played my warg since the update so I'll put my 2 cents in about that.

I honestly don't feel like my dps was increased much at all...especially with the 3 set on crit chance increasing it by 5%(which is nothing to a warg) instead of the big crit mag boost we got from it. Instead, I find that it takes freeps much, much longer to kill me which may be confusing people into thinking warg got a big dps boost. The extra -10% on audacity and the Pack Elder trait being changed into +7.5% phys mit instead of a flat pathetic value is a good defensive boost, but I don't think it should decrease my inc dmg as much as it feels like it has. Anyway, point is I am wondering where this moderate damage increase has gone as well...

Stickeez is correct, Creep damage is lower in Osgiliath due to a lack of the Mastery provided by the Outpost buffs. The damage increase is really only noticeable in the Ettenmoors when Creeps have some Outposts.

I believe that devs messed it with creeps buffs as well.

    Like really? Come on.

You could have def done better than that.

Who player with the least game exp would say that creeps got some legit and effective buffs against us, freeps? What a joke.

Who says that? Another creep who QQs maybe? Or w/e else?

No, I'm a pure freep player and I'm telling you; creeps are still hopeless against freeps.

    More than never before actually.

You made us, freeps, more powerful than never before; and that's very boring.

It's a scandal you keep ignoring it as if it never happened.

If the co can't handle their employers who keep failing at their jobs, I'm afraid they're prolly going to make LOTRO PvP a game only for kids younger than 13 yold.

Weak up and listen to the community, listen to us for once. Please.
