Gladden Lotro Wiki on Players

those were all exodus pics .. I have many more, lagging bree, 3 raids of just exodus members.. etc..

as you can see the freeps in EXODUS and EXODUS' allies, were a huge reason for what made the moors great in that era..

we refused to flipflop, put up the good fight night after night, and put gladden on the map as a PVP server...

Gladden PVP started dying when creeps started acting like babies and logging off when they couldn't win or didn't have 14 healers in a raid. Theyd rather log off than let freeps have a victory... then log back in hours later when people weren't around, set up raids and log out in the throne rooms of keeps ..log in the next day, turn all the keeps red and turtle if need be .. meanwhile coming into the forums like politicians and accusing freeps of turtling or using the exploits or wussy tactics they did .. this way no one could convincingly call them out on it .. its harder for someone to accuse you of crimes and argue with you for doing bad stuff when you accuse them first...

most of exodus left the server... Freep raid leaders got bored with the BS.. the moors turned into small minimalist "too scared to die cuz I wanna be elite" skirmishes and the pvp was dead.... don't care what anyone says .. never been as good since .. which is why after not playing for 7 years .. I can still come to these forums and see my name in posts.. cuz whether they wanna admit it or not they know that era was the best... the funnest .. the shiznit...

meanwhile gladden died but the servers everyone moved to started thriving ..meneldor, nimrodel (back then) etc..

Gladden has always had this dooshbag elitist problem and im not naming names or calling out specific people on your list.. ..but there has always been this contagious wannabe attitude on gladden .. where people had to live through the game and gain their confidence at life through the game ..

they were all about living and winning .. never fighting if they were underdogs.. they exploited like crazy for any edge .. .. and that is why people stopped having fun in the moors ...

people stopped goofing off.. everything got so serious .. everything became cyber bullying on the forums.. people living through their toons trying to make themselves LOTRO-Famous like attention starved toddlers....

also week after week youd hear about people getting banned or suspended for that legendary trait hack .. farming pvp toons... Using Map/area exploits.. and other exploits.... and almost always it was people from that eras creep crowd (with the exception of seredir and his cronies)...cant tell you how many times we ran into Creeps hiding on the edges of the ettenmoors map .. in the areas on top of the mountains you had to exploit using rez tricks or POS tricks to get to .. farming Creep healers for the blender/healing zerg that night when certain established healers couldn't log in...

PUT ALL THAT IN YOUR WIKI VINNER...

I just think it's ironic you claim people try to seek attention such as myself when I was simply trying to spread positive things on the forums lol and with the wiki I made to dedicate the history of our great server, whether you wanna believe it or not haha. You should be honored that I thought enough of you to include you and the impact you did have. Especially with your elipicees and that psychological warfare thread you had a long time ago, that was the biggest attention seeking I could see.

I did include in my wiki people using exploits like our boy Seredir, Killerr, Abom, etc. 2 of those guys are my friends even and I even said they used exploits, I didnt hide that fact like you accuse me of lol.

I never believed myself to be an elitist. If you think I'm elitist, don't mistake it for my pride in my abilities to do things that were said couldn't be done, such as you thinking guardian was weak. Also, I probably goofed off in this game more than anyone, you I believe took it a bit too seriously at times like you are now lol. You never played with me enough to truly know me, and I just knew you were crazy from the way you acted lol.

I have to say that SOTWH as well as Exodus and its allies made up the good fight. You can't just focus on one side, that's what made you so narrow-minded. Look at Gunnor for example. He has a rank 15 reaver now, and he is full on creep lol, he doesn't even mention Gunnor's existence. I think if people played both sides they would be less likely to be so ignorant in pvp. Not saying flip-flop, but fight on a side when it's at more of a challenge. Look at someone like Vic (your former kinmate btw if you remember), he'd join a side to help if they were getting beaten down, for the fun and challenge of it.

I'll agree with you about book 12-14 being the greatest time of pvp. There hasn't been a better time since, but I don't think servers like Nim or Meneldor started thriving over us. Lot of servers died around the time after RoI, yet we still had plenty of transfers from our reputation up until that time and even now.

I'd put that in my wiki if it didn't have so many elipicees .

Your grand delusions are as grand as your e-phallus. If you knew anything, which your posts make it more and more apparent each time you post with your one-sided, conceited views of pretense, you'd know that the aussies are good friend of mine, and one of them is my son, Atoo. I'm good buddies with Shadowthol, Tanki, Demonoid, etc. The only one I ever had problems with was Belegarod, and that's because we had differing issues of a class in certain time periods, but we are cool now. I bust their cajones all the time.

The wiki was made in an accurate representation of mine and others first-hand experiences. I tried to stay as unbiased as possible, but like every historian, this isn't entirely possible. For the most part, everything I wrote was truthful from what facts stated.

If Gunnor was the wisest of all guardians and I was his brother-in-arms, does that make me wise as well? We both had similar playstyles .

I've just two thoughts: 1. I've been out in the Gladden moors for about 2.5 years, and I've never once seen Gunnor on anything but creep - I think r15 classifies as more than just a "flirtation" with creepside. 2. The plural of ellipsis is ellipses.

I'll gladly visit to reacquaint my blade with your behind , sub doesn't end till march. I'll prolly be somewhat rusty too, but I can prolly practice on some aurochs/wolves to get used to things again ! I remember that last fight too, not only were you rusty, but you didn't have shadowhowler; don't expect to beat a guard that has half-a-brain (or at least quarter of one in my case ) without it! I don't know if you bought shadowhowler or earned it legit, but still you deserved it regardless; you were prolly so close to rank you just got it from rank. I always loled at the rnk 1s with shadowhowler. I do miss the community from lotro; swtor, at least so far, is harder to establish good community vibes. I haven't got the chance to open pvp yet to make my reputation known tho lol.

Don't flatter Shadow tho, even with mins being so op right now, he is still a nub :P.

That's before I knew who you truly were when you backstabbed me accusing me of trying to be a drama starter when it had nothing to do with you. I would only reply to people in that fashion if they were bsing or trying to insult me for false things. I only ever was nice to you and respected you for the 1v1s and how you played, but I hope you enjoyed all the 1v1s when I had no gear because you wouldn't even try after that. You wasted your time posting because you're attracted by the wiki and all its glory lol, or you just suffer from the Kalib Narcissist effect. You were in the same kin after all for a little bit on Ziffnab, so maybe it rubbed off on you. I think my portrayal was pretty accurate, though.

I joined the freep side, because the moors were very one sided during the creep blender days, and I almost always played the side that was getting destroyed. Steam rolling people is boring, but being the underdog is kinda fun. And man Ooty made things fun back then. Even losing with that guy was hilariously fun. What ever happened to him?

rank 15 is impressive no doubt, but people playing since 2007 can be high ranking both creep and freepside with multiple toons..heck I stopped playing in gladden late 2008 was it? or early 2009 and I was rank 11 (or was it 12) before I left .. that's 6-7 years ago

and don't confuse this for a raging argument this is how we used to speak to one another on gladden years ago .. its actually quite calm and normal compared to our "arguments" which usually ended up with something like this:

I've always been the same, but I started to speak up more because I got tired of bs ever since Thugglife (who that man created). And I still appreciate that video you made when he ganked me after a 1v1 regardless of our relationship. Greens is not a dbag, he is just a chill guy with a monotonous voice. He hooked me up with a lot of gear. I still fought the same way, still acted the same way, still 1v1ed the same way and had no issues with anybody. If you mistook my speaking up for myself to be me "changing", then you really had no idea who I was in the first place. I was friends with Taso and Greens when the game first started, I just hung out with them more later on.

When RKs and Wardens came out, Ooty and Isisnite (THE ISIS) made those and were leveling those are 75 cap, I believe. There were still some Agents of the White Council around back then, but I haven't seen one in ages. As I recall, Ooty had some health problems and had to quit the game for a while, and Isis said some absurdly conservative racist thing on mic to someone and made everyone hate him. After that, they both went and made characters on some other server, but I forget which one.

@Kalib:
Gunnor was only a Freep until he made a Reaver and realized the Freeps were always overpowered. From the moment he made that Reaver, he never went back on Freep, at least not in the Moors. He was also the second Rank 15 Creep on Gladden (Incendio [Tarvin] was first).



General notes:
Erickthered still stops in about once a year and levels a little and pvps, but he always ultimately quits again.

Hopefully Aris and all those f*ckers will transfer back to Gladden when whatever ###### servers they left us for get closed.

I was telling Joe the other day, I necessarily didn't add people first on favoritism or longevity (some of my wikis portray people in bad light, or a falling from grace in the case of Glee/Vurg), but rather their immediate impact on the server in my eyes and others. That's why I made sure to add the big leaders by era first, and then from there it was just random thought.

I'll get around to putting Rikenslayer in there. Can't forget about Gunnor's evil twin brother. Literally, if you grouped with the guy, he sounded like an evil version of Gunnor.

With the server merges coming, I'd also suggest a list of names of some of the regulars from back in the day, just whenever you see old school names mentioned throwing them on even if there's no blurb about them. Cowbell, Vroom, Mudpie all come to mind.
