Physical mastery if in red line since composure is based on your morale, and if your healing honestly id go morale and crit rating over tac mastery. with the trait from yellow line i end up on 55% outgoing healing and crit 14k-15k on heals.

Well im learning, morale stack and use composure and max out crit rating ftw....
